Gosforth RMC were able to take part in celebrating the 350th anniversay of the Royal Marines in Newcastle this time. They took part in a parade through Newcastle with the Royal Marines while collecting donations for the Royal Marine Association. They were also treated to a display by the Drummers of the Royal Marines Band.

Gosforth finished joint first in the AT Competition which tested their knowledge on different subjects which included map reading and practical first aid exercise.
CATSEA
RMC took part in their first CATSEA and were joined by Gosforth's OIC for a weekend in the field.
WW1 Memorial Service
Cadets and Juniors from Gosforth were at Hexham Abbey for a Memorial Service for the 100th Anniversary of the start of World War 1.
RNP
The Area Officer Captain Adams joined the cadets for a group photo after our RNP inspection.
