HMS QE Visit

HMS QE Visit

After an amazing weekend at the historic dockyard, a ships visit on HMS QE with lunch and TS Royalist

I just want to thank all the staff who gave up their weekend so cadets could enjoy the fantastic opportunity we were given.

Well done to the drivers and support staff that kept them awake 👏👏

A huge thank you to Gosport Sea Cadets for hosting us overnight.

And finally to ex Worksop cadet Alyx Bloomfield who gave up a day off to escort us around HMS QE

Gibraltar Cup

Our Royal Marine Cadets have been continuing their practise ready for the prestigious Gibraltar Cup (awarded to the best performing Detachment in the Sea Cadets).

Some photos from their camouflage and concealment training today, hopefully tomorrow's training will go just as well!

A huge thankyou to Capt Fuller, Sgt Barrington and Sgt Walker, as well as all the other adult volunteers who have enabled today's and tomorrow's training to go ahead.
