Our Royal Marines Cadets delivered presentations showcasing their organisation, leadership and communication skills. The standard of work produced was outstanding and clearly demonstrated the time, effort and research that had gone into each presentation.

The Cadets conducted themselves with great professionalism, and it was fantastic to see their confidence grow as they spoke in front of an audience. It was an excellent exercise in developing their public speaking, communication and presentation skills.

A huge well done to all of our Cadets for their hard work and commitment. Outstanding effort!

Stonehaven Harbour Festival 2026!

What a fantastic day we had at the Stonehaven Harbour Festival on Sunday!

Our Cadets had a brilliant time out on the water, showcasing some of the boating activities and skills we get up to at Stonehaven Sea Cadets.

And we came away with a win!

Our raft took 1st place for Best Raft Design, winning the unit £50! A massive BZ to everyone involved in building and designing it!

We also had our stall running throughout the day and are delighted to say we raised an amazing £690.00!

A massive BZ to all our Cadets and volunteers who gave up their time, helped on the stall, took part in the activities and represented the unit throughout the day.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us and helped make the day such a success!

A huge thank you to Stonehaven Fire Station for allowing Stonehaven Sea Cadets to come along and help with today’s Charity Car Wash!

We’d also like to say a big BZ to all our Cadets and staff who gave up their time today to help out.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along, got their car washed and donated to support two great causes.

A brilliant day of teamwork and community spirit!

We recently received a donation of 20 buoyancy aids from Ams Global Group Ltd in Aberdeen.

A huge thank you from everyone at TS Carron for supporting our unit, this donation has allowed our cadets keep safe by the water and keep us afloat this summer

NEW COMMUNITY DEFIBRILLATOR COMING TO STONEHAVEN

We’re delighted to announce that Stonehaven Sea Cadets have received a generous donation from Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics of a brand-new defibrillator and outdoor cabinet!

Once installed outside our unit, this potentially life-saving piece of equipment will be available to support not only our cadets, volunteers and users of our unit but also the wider Stonehaven community.

Having quick access to a defibrillator during a cardiac emergency can make a huge difference, and we’re incredibly grateful to Altrad for making this possible.

The defibrillator will be located outside Stonehaven Sea Cadets, Marischal Street.

A huge thank you for supporting our unit and helping make our local community a safer place.
