Co-op Local Community Fund

Co-op Local Community Fund

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Stonehaven and the wider local community for choosing Stonehaven Sea Cadets as one of the beneficiaries of the Co-op Local Community Fund. We are incredibly grateful to have received an amazing £1,980.

This generous contribution will make a real and lasting difference to our unit. It will help us with essential running costs, support maintenance of our boats, and allow us to continue providing our cadets with a safe, engaging, and enriching experience on and off the water.

From all of us at the unit, a huge and sincere thank you for your support. Your kindness helps us inspire the next generation

Royal Navy Engagement Team

Royal Navy Engagement Team

Last Monday night we were delighted to welcome the Royal Navy Engagement Team to Stonehaven Sea Cadets. ⚓🇬🇧

The team ran a brilliant session where cadets got hands-on with MTP kits and took part in leadership skills activities. It was a great opportunity for our young people to learn, work together, and challenge themselves with real Navy-style tasks.

A huge thank you to the Engagement Team for spending the evening with us and delivering such an engaging and inspiring programme. We hope to see you again soon!

🇬🇧 Remembrance Parade 2025 - Dunnottar Parish Church 🇬🇧

We couldn’t be more proud of our cadets and adult volunteers for their hard work and dedication in preparing for the parade. From all the drill rehearsals to uniform prep you have shown pride, discipline and professionalism every step of the way, you represented our unit with excellence.

Many thanks to our parents and supporters for their kind comments on how smart we all looked marching onto the parade square. That was a long march through the woods to Dunnottar Church but everyone marched with pride.

We are incredibly proud of our unit.
