Dutch Sea Cadet Visit

Dutch Sea Cadet Visit

We welcomed a Dutch Sea Cadet unit, SCC Hellevoetsluis on their ship Zeefakkel, to Southend in July. As part of their summer camp they sailed to Southend and moored at the end of the pier for 4 days. we were invited to visit their ship along with the Mayor of Southend. During their stay they visited our unit, and later we took them sailing at our boat station on Canvey.

We hold regular Induction Evenings for anyone wishing to find out more information on joining. If you are interested please email the unit, southend312@hotmail.co.uk
