District Camps

We have 2 district camp weekends coming up for our cadets.

the first one runs from 11th to 13th August 2017 and will be run at Blackpool unit.  This will be a multi subject weekend and will cost a total of £18.00

The Second runs from 21st to 24th August 2017 and will be run at Crosby.  This will be a Waterborne weekend and will cost a total of £56.00

there are limited numbers for these courses and those cadets wishing to go in them need to let us know no later that 7th July 2017 and will be on a first come first served basis

Fund Raising for New Flag Deck

As a unit we are trying to raise funds for a new flag deck and are aiming to raise £7000 to cover costs.

We have asked cadets to bring in any donations such as Bric a brack, dvd's Soft toys etc which we can use to raise funds.  anyone wishing to donate such items please contact us and we will make further arrangements from there

All donations are more than welcome and greatly appreciated

SKELMERSDALE SEA CADETS OPEN DAY

Interested in joining Sea Cadets and want to find out more?

You are invited to your local Sea Cadet Unit, with your parent/guardian, to have a look around and see some of the things that we do. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide more information about how to get involved.

If you would like new adventures on land and on the water, and if you would like to learn new skills, make new friends, and have fun…then Sea Cadets could be for you!

CO's INSPECTION Friday

Can both Juniors and seniors make sure that you are in No.1 Uniform on Friday 4th March as The C.O. Needs to see all Niform ready for the RNP on Tuesday.

Also remember that both Juniors and Seniors are required on Tuesday 8th March as this is the big one the RNP which we all have been working so hard for please come prepared, remember this is a mandatory meeting for All cadets and staff and also remember your parents are also welcome.

Finally can all cadets that have had paperwork issued to them over the past few weeks make sure that it has been handed in if you are not sure what paperwork then report to PO Agger and he will help sort it out. This is important and al paperwork needs to be updated and inserted into your files as soon as is possible

Tuesday's Inspection

Hello All

Can All Cadets Both Seniors and Juniors Remember that Attendance on Tuesday 23rd February is very Important this week.  

All cadets Should  have recieved certain paperwork from PO Agger that should have been filled in by now can you all make sure that it is filled in and returned By Tuesday 23rd February

The Uniform of the day for seniors is No1's if you have it or else AWD. For those without uniforms as yet Please Attend in School Uniform .

Finally this is a full Inspection so please remember Best Behaviour at all times.  this can be treated as a practice for the RNP next month
