12th December TS Iron Duke had their Annual Christmas dinner.

Was an enjoyable evening, so many cadets and staff attended.

We would like to give a massive shout out to all the UMT and helpers for cooking a delicious meal and the fantastic table service.

We have 2 more training nights before we finish for 2025.

I for one cannot wait to see what’s in store for all in 2026.

A big Merry Christmas to all.

Today saw some of our cadets take part in the Berkshire district band taster day!

Cadets gave drumming, bugling and playing the bell Lyra a go!

Thank you to Farnham, Aldershot & Fleet Sea Cadet Unit for hosting and running the day for us.

We will run another day similar for those who want to advance skills learnt today or give it a go if you didn’t get to attend so don’t worry!

TS Iron Duke are very proud that Cdt Cpl Evan has been chosen to represent Southern Area as the First Sea Lord’s Cadet 2026.

We look forward to supporting you during this journey.

Congratulations to LC Tom who has today PASSED his Petty Officer Cadet promotion board and is now appointed to the rank of Petty Officer Cadet! Very well done from all of the ships company! We can't wait to welcome you back in on Tuesday night and hear all about it....

Today, TS Iron Duke paid respects to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We stood united with the community to honor their memory and reflect on the significance of their courage and selflessness.

Thank you to all who attended you should be proud of how smart you all looked.
