London Area NCS Weekend 30-31 May 2015

London Area NCS Weekend 30-31 May 2015

We had a brilliant weekend with NCS graduates in London. The graduates carried out social action with painting, gardening and maintenance at Waltham Forest. The fun then began with boating at Edmonton and Topgolf on Saturday. They were up early on Sunday for Heart Start with CPO Winslade and combat first aid and we finished off with laser tag.
A special thanks goes out to Edmonton unit for letting us use their boating facilities, and a huge thank you to Waltham Forest staff for hosting and instructing. The young people carried out some great work at Waltham Forest and hopefully the big grant the unit receives for hosting will make it all worth while.
