Waltham Forest Senior Boys National football...

 

On the weekend of the 26th-28th of February 2016 our senior boys and junior girls went on the long

trip to RAF Shrewsbury for the national 5aiside football competition. After a long weekend of play

our senior boys team came second and our girls along with Clapton & Hackney unit came 5th. Overall

London Area came joint 1st with eastern area to become overall winners. Well done from all of the Ships Company.

Waltham Forest London Area Football Champions

 

Sunday 31st of January 2016 Waltham Forest unit took two team to the London Area 5aside football competition. Our

Under 18 males came first and our under 15 females came 1st with Clapton & Hackney unit. Well done to two teams

who no go through to the National Competition to become national champions.

Northen Distict Footballl 2016

Waltham Forest took part in the annual Northen District London Area 5aside football competition on Sunday the 17th of January.

Our senor male team cam first and our under15 females came second who will now go through to the London Area competition. Our other teams including the JSC and senor females did the unit proud coming sitxth and forth. Well done from all of the ships company.

Remberanace Day 2015

 

Waltham Forest Sea Cadets took part this year in the annual Civc Annual Remembrance service at Waltham Forest town hall.

The unit provided the guard of honour and at 11 o clock fired the units gun to mark the two min silence for the service. The cadets

were smart in appearance and paid tribute to all men and women who have laid down there lives in the service of their country.    

Intercadet shooting competition

 

Well done to our marine cadets who took part in the cadet inter service shooting competition at Bisley who

came second in class and CPL Lusley who gained best marine cadet shot. BZ from all of the ships company.
