SEA CADETS GET BIRDS EYE VIEW OF OLYMPIC GAMES WITH ROYAL NAVY
Sea Cadets from Stockport visited HMS Bulwark in July
The Royal Navy are providing security at the Olympic and Paralympic sailing site in Weymouth and, as the Sea Cadet’s biggest supporter they have offered 650 Sea Cadets from all over the UK a chance to come on board.
Stockport unit are part of the lucky group of cadets visiting the site throughout the games.
Commanding Officer S/Lt Squires said: “We are thrilled to have this opportunity, it’s amazing to not only be in Weymouth at this time but to see a working RN ship as well is an experience many of our cadets will cherish”
