RYA DINGHY INSTRUCTOR COURSE

For two Southwark Cadets it was off to the Welsh Harp for weekend 1 of their Dinghy Instructor qualifying course

London Marathon 2017

More than 50,000 people will be running the route today, ranging from some of the planet's best athletes who will be taking part in the elite race, to average (young and old), who will be merely hoping to complete the course in whatever time they can.

Southwark Sea Cadets, together with other London Southern units has been supporting the London Marathon since the first event on 29 March 1981.

An early start at Rotherhithe's Quebec Way 9 mile water station preparing for the 50,000 plus competitors.
