TS Royalist

In November four lucky cadets got to experience life offhshre. They spent a week onboard TS Royalist  which is a Tall ship  square rigger.

Cadets had the chance to sail the ship which takes teamwork and offers the challenge of handling sails. Watchkeeping duties and deck work are also a part of the experience.

Thank you to RNVR youth sail training trust, Kent branch of the MSSC and the Sittingbourne branch of the RNA for providing bursaries to help with the cost of the voyage.
