During a recent training weekend Preston Sea Cadets provided help to Lancashire Fire and Rescue during one of their training sessions on the River Ribble.
Cadets from Preston Sea Cadets, Bamber Bridge Air Cadets and Lostock Hall Army Cadets took part in a gruelling 6 hour challenge set by Lostock Hall British Legion to Run 25Km, Row 25Km and Cycle 25Km a virtual race spanning from the Airfields of Kent, across the English Channel and on to the Normandy Landings of France

As a result of the efforts of Cadets and Adult Volunteers during October and November we smashed last years total and managed to raise nearly £3,000.00 for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. Well done to all.
Preston Sea Cadets took an active part in the 2012 Preston Guild Celebrations in both the Ceremonial aspects of the Thanksgiving Services and in the Celebrations during the Community and Torchlight parades with thanks to Chris Miller of Preston Marina
