Our cadets and Adult Volunteers were proud to support the event in aid of the Maidenhead Lions Club. Our team crewed the safety boats, helped marshal and recover the ducks after the race to ensure none swam away, and ran an engaging stall where members of the public could learn more about what we do both on land and on the water.

To celebrate National Volunteers'Week, we're proud to be profiling the incredible people who make our unit possible. From our Uniformed Volunteers to our Unit Management Team and Unit Assistants, each volunteer plays a vital role in supporting our Sea Cadets and Royal Marine Cadets.

Over the coming week, we'll be shining a spotlight on the amazing individuals who generously give their time, skills, and dedication.

One of our very own Royal Marine Cadet had the privilege of attending this amazing event at Windsor castle, Cdt Cpl Evan the Southern Area 1st Sea Lord Cadet was very lucky to have been given the time off school for which we are very grateful to them.

We are looking forward to getting a report back from Evan on his return to unit.
