All of the Ships Company at Staines and Egham Sea Cadets attended the Remembrance Day Parade in Staines Town centre on Sunday 13th November 2011. All of the cadets looked very smart and the parade was great. Well done to everybody especially;

Well done to all the Cadets who attended on 25th October 2011. We were very lucky indeed to have a visit from Captain Mark Windsor RN, Captain of the Sea Cadet Corps. He awarded the unit with its first Burgee in its 80 year history as well as a few rowing qualifications and cadet advancments. A great evening was had by all with the Juniors cook steward class and the Seniors 2nd class Seamanship lessons.
Congratulations to JNR Carlton-Walker who represented Surrey District at the Southern Area Swimming Regatta. A good day was had by all including PO Lucy Hutton who was one of the team managers for the district.
Congratulations to Cdt Chambers who represented Surrey District at the Southern Area Windsurfing Competition. After a good race he gained third place and recived a bronze medal.
Congratulations to the Cadets who represented us at Surrey District Swimming Gala.
