February training week-end at Crowborough

Cadets from the Unit attended the District multi-training week-end at Crowborough in East Sussex between 24 and 26 February (2017). Ruislip staff also assisted in 1st Aid and Marine Engineering instruction. Cadets were delayed arriving because of problems on the M25 so the minibus which left Ruislip soon after 6 pm didn't reach site until after 10.30 pm!

Our cadets participated in classes on meteorology, 1st Aid, communications and navigation. The picture shows the 1st Aid class in full flow under the  tuition of the COs of both Rickmansworth and Ruislip Units.
