RYA Onboard.
Thanks to Mat, our boating instructor, in May 2014 Rotherham sea cadets were awarded RYA onboard status alongside the RYA status we gained last year.
Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
In April TS Repulse entered the RNLI Alternative Boat Race 2014 where 250 model boats raced on the River Thames to raise money. For fundraising for RNLI we was sent a model Lifeboat which took part in the race. Thankyou to the RNLI for the amazing job they do.

In April 2014 one of our PO cadets was lucky enough to go on a international exchange to Australia. Beside cadet duties PO cadet Beasley visited many places including Sydney and Bondi Beach where she tried her hand at a little surfing. She also met many animals including Possums, Crocodile, Kangaroo and Koala. Sounds like you had a wonderful time Shona glad you enjoyed it.!
TS Repulse Meets Around Town.
Rotherham Sea Cadets have appeared in the Around town magazine with a two page spread. It looks at what goes on and gone on in the sea cadets at TS Repulse.
