Remembrance Sunday in Musselburgh

Remembrance Sunday in Musselburgh

On Rememberande Sunday, our Sea Cadets, Junior Sea Cadets, and Royal Marine Cadets proudly took part in Musselburgh’s annual Remembrance Parade and Service. Together, they marched alongside community groups, veterans, and local organisations to honour those who have served and sacrificed.

Despite the persistent rain, spirits remained high. Our cadets and volunteers demonstrated outstanding resilience, respect, and professionalism throughout the parade and the service. Their conduct was exemplary, reflecting the values of our unit and the wider Sea Cadets community.

During the service, representatives from the unit laid wreaths in a heartfelt act of remembrance. It was a moment of solemn reflection, paying tribute to the brave men and women who gave so much for our freedom.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part. Your dedication, appearance, and commitment were a credit to the unit and to Musselburgh.

“At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”
