Cllr Sylvia Emmott, Mayor of Kendal presented Kendal Sea Cadets with a 2014 Burgee. Seen here is L/C Harry Rose accepting it on behalf of the unit. On 17th July, HM The Queen and The Princess Royal came to Kendal and the South Lakes. The CO, CPO Edgar, Leading Cadet Robinson and Leading Cadet Rose were introduced to the Royal party.

Sub/Lt (SCC) Neil L Allison RNR has been appointed as Commanding Officer by Captain of the Sea Cadets.

 Sub/Lt Allison (right) and the 1st Lt PO Dave Horsman (left) both completed the Command Team Course at HMS Excellent in Portsmouth.
