Our Sailing teams competed at the Northwest area regatta this weekend held at Crosby Lakeside. While the teams were hard at work competing, other members took some time out to trial what the water sports centre had to offer including taster sessions in climbing and windsurfing. The weather was on our side and we enjoyed every minute of the day!

Quad for Rowing squad

returned to record breaking ways at the weekend when they participated in the annual Liverpool district rowing regatta. In previous years the squads have performed progressively and all four teams have had individual success with all teams competing area and nation wide over recent years against teams from throughout the country.  For the first time ever this year the unit stepped up to its own challenge of winning all 4 categories of the competition. The dedication and hardwork of the teams paid off and all four teams (including Junior boys, Junior girls, Open boys and Open girls) walked away triumphant with gold medals and all 4 trophies.  The hardwork continues for the team as they prepare to represent Liverpool district at the North west area stage of competition.
