We’re also always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team. Whether you’d like to work directly with our cadets or prefer a behind‑the‑scenes role, there are plenty of ways to get involved. You can support the unit as part of our Unit Management Team (UMT), help with fundraising and events through our Parents & Friends (P&F) group, or volunteer as a uniformed instructor working with the young people themselves.
