The next meeting, to be held on December 12, will be hosted by the Sea Cadets at HMS Cambria. Individuals and representatives from new groups would be welcome.

Poppy Appeal
Cadets from the Barry Unit spent this Saturday October 27th selling Poppies in High Street in aid of the Royal British Legion.
Well done for braving the cold weather.
Unit Camp
The weekend of October 6/7 saw a very succesful unit camp, held at HMS Cambria. Despite the weather Cadets survived two nights under canvas. Amongst activities undertaken was a session at the Hebron Hall Swimming pool where swim tests were undertaken.

District Swimming Competition
Cadets from Barry Unit took part in the District Swimming Competition.
We were placed 4th Overall, 3rd in District and 3rd in the Juniors.
Well done to all who took part.
District Kayaking Competition
Barry Sea Cadets entered into a kayaking compertition and came away with 9 Golds and 2 Silvers.
