PO. Mudge is taking lead of our Junior Cadet Section, ensuring that our young people are progressing with the Sea Cadets Experience, whilst also mentoring and developing our new Junior Cadets instructors at Oldham Unit. Congratulations and wishing you the very best of luck in your new role with us!
We're three months in! So last night we put on an interactive quiz with Cadet Voice included! This gave us an idea of where all of our new cadets are in terms of learning and gaining new knowledge across their Sea Cadet syllabus!
Mentimeter ensures all voices are heard, even those who might not usually speak up. Anonymous questions means our cadets wouldn't be afraid to ask and engage. It also allows everyone to ask questions, to get clarification or a clearer understanding of subjects resulting in a more fulfilling learning experience... Giving us clear feedback on where our cadets are up to!
