MILTON KEYNES SEA CADETS & ROYAL MARINE CADETS UNIT - NOTICE OF VIRTUAL MEETING - P&SA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Milton Keynes Sea Cadet & Royal Marine Unit Parent & Supporters Association will be held virtually via Zoom at 1.30pm on Sunday 15th November 2020 to transact the following business:
1. Apologies for absence
2. Opening address
3. P&SA Chairman’s report
4. P&SA Treasurers Report
5. Election / Re-Election of the Parent & Supporters Association Committee
6. Any other business**
• Individuals who are seeking election to the P&SA must have their nomination proposed and seconded.
• Nominations can only be accepted if they are notified in writing (e-mail PSATSWhaddon@aol.com) to Mrs Gillian Perris, P&SA Chairperson no later than 8th November 2020. There are criteria laid down in Sea Cadet Regulations (SCR) as to who is eligible to sit on the P&SA. Please see SCR’s or contact Mrs Perris for details.
**Any other business – Items for Any Other Business will only be considered if they are proposed and seconded in writing to Mrs Perris at least 48 hrs prior to the meeting.
IMPORTANT - all Parents and Supporters are welcome to participate at this meeting but in order to vote must be enrolled as a P&SA member. Please contact Mrs Perris if you wish to enrol.
