Off Shore

Off Shore

In 2019 two of our cadets had the opportunity via Sea Cadets to participate in Off Shore voyages.  These voyages are organised nationally for Cadets to attend and learn new skills and gain qualifications.

Our cadets went off shore on TS Jack Petchey and TS John Jerwood; they not only gained qualifications but also boating hours, off shore experience and the opportunity to learn from the crew.  They enjoyed it so much that they are looking forward to attending again in 2020.

The cadets travelled from Poole to Gosport and Gosport to Gosport.  The second voyage coincided with HMS Prince of Wales arriving at Portsmouth to be commissioned, being at Gosport they had a good view.
