Starting on 1 January, the challenge is to complete 26 miles over 26 days, doing whatever you like.
You decide! You can swim, cycle, roller blade, skip…the possibilities are endless. When you sign up check your action pack to find a whole range of tips and suggestions for your activities throughout January to make up your miles. Plan your 26 days of activities. You can take it one mile a day or do the whole 26 miles in one go.
When you sign up, you’ll get your own 26 day calendar to log your miles throughout January. Great ways to record each mile is by using gym equipment, fitness apps on your phone or smart watches.
