Offshore to Ireland ⛴

We have just had two cadets return home after sailing TS John Jerwood from Southern Ireland to Northern Ireland 🇮🇪  

Our CO has had the chance to talk to cadets and find out more about life onboard TS JJon Jerwood. Cadet First Class Barun told us what he got up to when offshore and all about the trip and life onboard a ship. Cadet First Class Barun told us

“It was really really good!! We came back with new friends and  two offshore qualifications each 🤗  Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity it was honestly the best experience I have had. I learnt lots of skills while having fun . Thankyou 😊”

Boating Season Starts

April is always an exciting timeof year, we get the opportunity to put all of our training during the winter months into practice as we prepare to get back on the water. Every Thursday until Septmber cadets will be parading at Crosby Boating Station and participating in a range of activities including; Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Canoeing, rowing and Powerboating. 

Its a great time of year. Keeps the cadets active and enthusiastic to learn. 

Dont forget the fantastic sunsets at Crosby Marina too!
