Raise Your Profile

Raising your company profile

When you partner with Sea Cadets, you are connecting with the UK’s largest nautical youth charity!

We have a footprint in most towns and cities across the UK and we work closely with local communities. In the last 70 years one in 60 people in the UK has been a Sea Cadet, that's one million people. We're working on the ground supporting and inspiring young people through our district and area training opportunities as well as national. We are bringing communities closer together and creating a greater sense of harmony through our work.

By forming a partnership with Sea Cadets, companies can link to us as you try to catch your customers eye and turn the volume up on the community focus of your work and open up new markets and attract new customers.

PR opportunities

One of the best ways to create fantastic PR stories is to tell a story! Every time your employees volunteer at a local unit or fundraise for them, there is a story to be told to the media! In fact many of your employees probably already do volunteer for Sea Cadets.

Across the UK we have 9,000 dedicated volunteers who donate on average 200 hours a year each to supporting Sea Cadets, that’s an incredible 1,800,000 hours every year! A value of about £11 million.

We can help in the promotion of the partnership through our Media and Communications team, based in our London Head Office.

Social media expertise

As a charity with a long history and rich heritage, we know the importance of evolving over time.

Our growing Facebook community engages over 19,000 cadets and volunteers, while Sea Cadets Twitter account has over 4,000 active followers.

We have an extensive social media reach, with passionate and engaged supporters who share our values. This makes Sea Cadets an effective choice when it comes to raising your online profile!
