Other than our Tuesday and Friday Parade nights we have regular out of routine activities which are tailored to individual cadet groups. These are mainly voluntary, however all members of the unit are expected to attend the following three annual compulsory events:-

  • # Remembrance Parade – Held in Northampton on the nearest Sunday Morning to 11 November.
  • # Laforey Memorial Parade – Held in Northampton on the nearest Sunday Morning to 30 March.
  • # Annual Royal Naval Inspection – Held at the Unit HQ on a parade night February / March TBA.

All of these events are open to parents and supporters and are of extreme importance to the unit. If cadets are unable to attend these parades a request for leave must be submitted in advance to the Commanding Officer.

The unit operates throughout the year except for a two week shutdown for the Christmas and New Year period.

Other “voluntary” events and activities are regularly organised and times and arrangements will be publicised to cadets in advance. If there are any doubts please contact the unit to verify details
