What we offer
Situated on the banks of the River Wye, our Unit is perfectly placed to offer many boating opportunities; from kayaking and canoeing through to power-boating and rowing. We also actively encourage cadets to get involved with the many Adventurous Training activities we undertake, eventually accumulating in many of our cadets achieving their Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
A wide range of other opportunities are also available to cadets as they go away on courses at other Units and Sea Cadet Training Centres around the country.
We are often involved with many community events in Herefordshire, ranging from Remembrance Day parades to the annual Dragon Boat Racing and Tug-of-War competition.
