Staff and Supporters run the Bognor 10K in aid of the Unit

A Huge thank you to Unit Assistant and her husband (Mr and Mrs Thomas), who ran the Bognor 10K on Sunday 20 May 2012.  A cloudy warm day, almost perfect conditions for the event, they both finished with very repectable times around the 60min mark - BRAVO ZULU. So on behalf of all the Cadets, Staff and Supporters we say THANK YOU..........

The Guard would like to thank all the helpers and staff in preparing them for the competiton, from drill training, to refreshments and lots of sewing - making sure all the uniforms were just right.

Central District Guard

Well done to the combined guard from TS Sir Alec Rose and TS Sussex declared best guard at the Central District Drill Competition on 4 Mar 12. A/C Brooker was voted Best Guard Commander as well - BZ.
