Annual General Meeting and Prize Giving September 2011
On the 7
th September 2011, T.S.Broadsword held their Annual General Meeting. There was a large turnout of Parents and Supporters on this occasion and this saw the re-election of our Unit Management Committee:-

This was a great success and our thanks and congratulations go to the Committee on their re-election.
Aylesbury Sea Cadets and Royal Marine Cadets also hosted their Annual Prize Giving. This is to recognise cadet achievements during the last year and is a highly acclaimed event. Presentations were awarded by our Commanding Officer and the Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire.

Mark Hunter Trophy
This trophy was given in memory of Leading Marine Engineering Mechanic (Mechanical) Mark Andrew Hunter, who lost his life in a main machinery space fire on board on 8
th July 1993. The trophy was introduced by Marks father with the intention of promoting the qualities of Courage, Loyalty, Dedication and Professionalism that Mark demonstrated. It was presented to T.S. Broadsword on 12th
April 1994 by Commander C.P. Robinson MBE Royal Navy Commanding Officer of Her Majesty’s Ship Broadsword.
