 The Unit Management Team (UMT) is responsible for the day to day management of the Unit and the financial, legal and charity aspects. Each Sea Cadet Unit operates as an individual charity, has an individual charity number and the UMT under the chairman act as trustees. A new management team is elected each year at our Annual General Meeting where accounts are presented and formally adopted. The Unit Management Team elected at our AGM on Monday, 10 October, 2016 is as follows:
